Almost done with school for the semester so I should be posting more from now on! Sorry for my absence. I have been really slack lately with everything health wise but I am getting back on track :)
I hope you’re all fab :D
Another quick update since I am so so busy with study and assessments, Today I dropped back to only studying part time so that I have time to hopefully focus on myself as well. School has been really hectic and I have been finding it really hard to eat well and exercise and also manage to get all of my assignments done. This means in my spare time I will have time to create some really great healthy recipes and post them up here. I haven’t weighed myself for a week or so now and I don’t plan on doing so until these assessments are finished because I feel as though the number distracts me and if I have gained I will feel pretty down on myself. I also dyed my hair green last night because I have been wanting to for so long and it looks so good :)
I hope you’ve all been doing well and I can’t wait to have the time to post a bit more!

Probably a silly question but does anyone have any tips on what to do at the gym like routine wise, I will be going Monday & Wednesday from 4-5/6pm, and Thursday & Friday either at 7-8/9am or 1-2/3pm.
That’s four days a week, maybe three if I am super flooded with school work but three minimum.
I have gone to the gym before but before I really started this journey to better health I only did cardio because I was very ill-informed and thought that doing weights would make me bulk up (silly me!)
I want to obviously ~lose weight but also build some muscle and lower my body fat percentage. What do you do at the gym? Do you have any pointers?
Helllo :) Just a small update.
I have joined the gym and I am really getting back on track. It’s tough while I am at my boyfriends house but I am bringing lunch with me to TAFE and I am super good at saying no to food I don’t need or want. I will weigh in again in two weeks and hopefully I will have lost some weight. Regular exercise, eating well but still having a treat now and then will hopefully be enough :)
