Wow, I haven’t posted here in a while but I am back and starting from scratch. I am not too sure what my weight is currently but I am pretty sure I haven’t gained more than a kilogram or two in the few months I haven’t been posting. Life has been hectic. I have been struggling with my anxiety and depression and with getting a job and deciding what I want to do with my life. In two weeks I begin to study a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and I with study comes routine which makes eating well and exercising so much easier for me. I will post a proper update and re-set my SW etc. tomorrow when I am home.

Riia’s Vegan Sweet & Spicy Chickpeas
(Adapted from Damy Health & Kalyn’s Kitchen)Sweet Chickpeas
1 can Organic Chickpeas (drained, rinsed & dried)
1 tbsp Coconut Oil (or Olive Oil)
2 tbsp Agave Nectar (or Honey)
Dash of SaltPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 min (or until slightly brown)
Spicy Chickpeas:
1 can Organic Chickpeas (drained, rinsed & dried)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Spice Mix (see Spice Mix recipe below)Spice Mix:
(only 1 tsp of the overall spice mix needed for Spicy Chickpea recipe)
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Ground Criander
1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Ground Allspice
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
1/8 tsp Gayenne PepperPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 min (or until slightly brown) Enjoy! :)
Today I bought tonnes of new winter clothes and tomorrow I am joining the gym and I am really excited. I had a really horrible day yesterday so it’ll be good to let go of some stress
